Terms of Service
PalmPoll is a free service for creating and answering single-question polls. By using it, you agree to these terms.
What PalmPoll is
PalmPoll lets you create a poll, share it as a link or QR code, and collect anonymous answers. It's currently in beta and free to use.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older to create a poll. Answering a poll collects no personal information, so anyone can answer one.
Your polls are yours
You own the questions you write and the answers you collect. We don't claim any rights over them and won't use your poll content for anything except running the service for you.
Acceptable use
Don't use PalmPoll to:
- harass, threaten or defame anyone
- collect information intended to identify individual respondents who were told their answers were anonymous
- break the law, or encourage others to
- distribute malware, spam or misleading links
- attempt to overload, break into or disrupt the service
- impersonate someone else or misrepresent who is asking a question
We may remove any poll and block access to the service if we believe these terms are being broken. We don't screen polls before they're published, and we can't review every poll, but we act on reports.
Reporting a poll
If a poll breaks these terms, write to support@palmpoll.com with the poll link and what's wrong with it.
No warranty
PalmPoll is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It's in beta, so it may be unavailable at times, and features may change or be withdrawn. Don't rely on it for anything critical, and keep your own copy of results that matter to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PalmPoll is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost profits or lost opportunities.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may change the service or these terms. If we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top, and significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use PalmPoll after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
